{"id":8048,"date":"2017-10-24T10:18:33","date_gmt":"2017-10-24T09:18:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gestiobcn.com\/?p=8048\/"},"modified":"2018-08-03T13:41:43","modified_gmt":"2018-08-03T12:41:43","slug":"codigo-lei-legal-entity-identifier","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gestiobcn.com\/es\/codigo-lei-legal-entity-identifier\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f3digo LEI (Legal Entity Identifier)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #808080;\"><strong>El pr\u00f3ximo 3 de enero de 2018, entrar\u00e1 en vigor el Reglamento Europeo regulador de las normas t\u00e9cnicas de comunicaci\u00f3n de operaciones financieras, y con este, la exigencia de la obtenci\u00f3n del CODIGO LEI, (Legal Entity Identifier,) a todas las Personas Jur\u00eddicas que operen en mercados financieros de instrumentos admitidos a negociaci\u00f3n en un mercado a trav\u00e9s de la intermediaci\u00f3n de empresas de servicios de inversi\u00f3n y entidades de cr\u00e9dito.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicho c\u00f3digo es global y \u00fanico, y se utiliza para identificar a las personas jur\u00eddicas que realizan transacciones financieras en mercados financieros mediante operaciones de repos, derivados o valores y, sin el cual, las entidades financieras no permitir\u00e1n operar. \u00danico por persona jur\u00eddica y se usar\u00e1 independientemente de los bancos, intermediarios financieros o plataformas donde opere con instrumentos financieros cotizados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El c\u00f3digo LEI ser\u00e1 obligatorio para operar con los productos de los mercados financieros de acuerdo con las siguientes fechas:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Desde el 01\/11\/2017 para operar en Derivados y Seguros de cambio.<\/li>\n<li>Desde el 03\/01\/2018 para operar en productos de Renta Variable y Renta Fija (acciones y otros instrumentos cotizados)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El \u00f3rgano acreditado para otorgar el LEI es el Registro Mercantil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.justicia.lei.registradores.org\/\">https:\/\/www.justicia.lei.registradores.org\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La entidad jur\u00eddica que solicite un c\u00f3digo LEI tendr\u00e1 que completar los datos necesarios (datos registrales y legales de la empresa, domicilios de la entidad, datos de la persona de contacto y representante legal) y una vez completados y grabados los datos, se imprimir\u00e1 el documento de solicitud, que firmar\u00e1 el representante legal y presentar\u00e1 en el Registro Mercantil de tramitaci\u00f3n junto con el justificante de pago de los correspondientes honorarios por la emisi\u00f3n del LEI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez que el c\u00f3digo LEI es asignado a la entidad, se enviar\u00e1 el certificado LEI a la direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico de la persona de contacto indicada en la solicitud.
