#808000;\">Mediante la publicaci\u00f3n del Real Decreto-ley 8\/2019, de 8 de marzo, de medidas urgentes de protecci\u00f3n social y de lucha contra la precariedad laboral en la jornada de trabajo, las empresas y entidades tienen la obligaci\u00f3n de registrar diariamente la jornada de sus trabajadores.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed, empresa y entidades deben garantizar el registro diario de jornada, que deber\u00e1 incluir el horario concreto de inicio y finalizaci\u00f3n de la jornada de trabajo de cada persona trabajadora, sin perjuicio de la flexibilidad horaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Este registro se organizar\u00e1 y documentar\u00e1 mediante la negociaci\u00f3n colectiva o acuerdo de empresa o, en su defecto, por decisi\u00f3n del empresario previa consulta con los representantes legales de los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La empresa conservar\u00e1 los registros de sus trabajadores durante cuatro a\u00f1os y deber\u00e1n permanecer a disposici\u00f3n de las personas trabajadoras, de sus representantes legales y de la Inspecci\u00f3n de Trabajo y Seguridad Social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El incumplimiento de esta obligaci\u00f3n supondr\u00e1 una infracci\u00f3n grave prevista en el art\u00edculo 7.5 del texto refundido de la Ley de Infracciones y Sanciones en el Orden Social (LISOS)- que queda modificada-, y puede ser sancionada con una multa de entre 626 a 6.250 euros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recordar que ya exist\u00eda la obligaci\u00f3n de registrar las horas extraordinarias de forma diaria, seg\u00fan establece el art\u00edculo 35.5 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La obligaci\u00f3n de registro de jornada entrar\u00e1 en vigor el 12 de mayo de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #808000;\">Asesor\u00eda
